Face to face or on the phone
Clients work on a 1:1 basis with their coach, meeting every 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
Coaching sessions last for an hour and are equally effective on the phone as face to face.

Description
Coaching creates an environment where an individual can move on and change.
There is no obligation to sign up to a lengthy programme but we recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to begin with.
In addition to business coaching, each client will be offered the facility to complete the Strength Deployment Inventory and Portrait of Personal Strengths. These can both be used as part of the coaching programme to improve self-awareness, personal boundaries and conflict management.
Prior to each session, pre-coaching questions are emailed to stimulate thought processes and ensure coaching time is focused and maximised.
Where helpful, business tools are offered as a way of improving some management techniques.
